2. In the blank fields, type in your Username and Password.

3. Click the Login button directly below the Password field.

4. It will take you to a screen that looks like this. Click on the “Listing Editor” tab at the upper left to bring up the database called “Listing Editor.” This tab should be right below the words “Realty Manager.”

5. At the lower right hand side, there are two buttons: “Add” and “List All.” Click on the “Add” button to begin adding a new property to the database.

6. This will bring up the “Listing Editor – Add Listing” screen.

7. Fill in the fields “Street Address,” “City,” “State,” etc. and if desirable, write a brief description of the new property you are selling For the price field, simply enter in the number with no $ or . (periods). The format of pricing is important for the search engine to work

  • Good example: 1,978,000
  • Bad example: $1,978,000.00

8. To add pictures, use the “Image Manager” located at the bottom of the page. Scroll down to see it. Some tips for using images:

  • Please don’t use images straight from a digital camera. These are much too large for the web.
  • Use a program such as Adobe Photoshop Album, Adobe Photoshop Elements, or FastStone Photo Resizer.
  • Advanced users: Make sure images are 72 dpi. The longest side of the picture should be about 300 pixels.

9. Adding images is done in several steps. At the Image Manager, click the Upload button. It should be the very last button at the lower right.

10. This will bring you to a new page: “Listing Editor – Upload Images.” The “Listing Editor – Upload Images” page is used to access pictures on your computer. There are several fields marked “Select Image” with a “Browse…” button to the right side of each field. You must upload each image one at a time.

11. Click the “Browse…” button beside the very first “Select Image” field to find the first image in your computer.

12. A new window similar to the image above should pop up.

13. If the pictures you need are not accessible in the current folder, you can browse anywhere in the computer by clicking the top drop-down menu labeled “Look in.”

14. After you have found the folder containing the pictures for the new property, click on the first image you want to use.

15. When you click on this image, the name of it should appear in the field labeled “File name.”

16. Click on the “Open” button.

17. This brings you back to the “Listing Editor – Upload Images” page so that you may select additional images for the new property. Notice that the first text field is no longer empty.

18. Repeat steps 10 through 15 for each image you want to add to the listing for the new property. Don’t worry if you do not have images for every field.

19. After all of the images have been selected, click on the “Upload” button at either the top or bottom of the window.

20. When all of the images have been uploaded, a new screen will appear. On this screen, you must type in a short description of the image. Enter in a number for each picture. If this description field is left blank, it will make things much harder in the next step.

21. When all of the description fields have been filled, click on the “Save” button at either the top or the bottom of the window.

22. This will take you back to the “Listing Editor – Edit Listing” page. However, there will now be numbers beside the Image #1, Image #2, Image #3, etc.

23. Scroll down to this area and click on a number to choose the desired picture for each category. When you click on the number, the picture will appear in the box at the right. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough images to fill up 10 categories. These will not show up on the final listings.

24. When each image has been linked to a category, it should look similar to this.

25. When the images are chosen and all the property details have been filled in at the very top of the page, you are now ready for the next step.

26. Click on the “Save” button at either the top or bottom of the page.

27. You will be taken to a confirmation page. Click on the “OK” button to finalize the process, and you are finished.
